Daily holidays:   $30.00 + tax (3 night minimum) (includes water & electric)

Monthly Rates:  $450.00 + tax (includes water & electric)

 Seasonal Rates:  $950.00 - Drum Site (plus scavenger services & metered electric)

 Seasonal Rates:  $1000.00 - Sewer Site (includes water & sewer services) plus metered electric

*** Overnight Visitors: $3.00 per person per night (Children under 6 free)

*** Daily Visitors: $1.00 per person per day only (Children under 6 free)

Includes: hot plate or microwave, refrigerator, electric, water, fire ring and

*** Our Cancellation Policy ***

 1. Cabin cancellations are subject to one (1) days reservation fee.
                     2. Campsite cancellations are subject to a minimum $10.00 cancellation fee. 
                In addition, Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled check-in 
   are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) days reservation fee.
                                      3. No Refunds due to inclement weather, illness, work schedules or early departure.
